Turnpike Six Email Routeing

To use Turnpike version 6 email routeing, follow the steps below.

To configure email routeing in Turnpike click on Configure then Email Routeing.

For Envelope rejection click New.

Here you can select to either Accept or Reject the mail, and on what basis it is done.

Click OK.

For Mail rejection rules select Mail rejection tab and then click New.

Choose to Reject or Accept the email with the two radio buttons at the top.

Enter the details of the email in the text box provided.

Click OK.

To specify where Dead letters are routed to, select the Dead Letters tab. From the drop down box select the username you want the mail to be delivered to.

Click OK

For Seat Routeing rules select the Seat routeing tab and then click on New.

Here you can select to either Accept or Reject the mail to a specific seat within Turnpike. To specify which seat click Edit seats.

Highlight the desired seat(s) from the list of available seats on the left and click Add.

Click OK.
Click OK.
Click OK.
