Eudora Pro

Open Eudora Pro and choose Options

Click Getting Started

Real Name: Enter your full name
Return Address: Enter your Demon email address
Mail Server (incoming): Enter pop3.demon.co.uk
Username: Enter your hostname

Make sure there is a dot in the radio button for POP

All that is needed here is to choose whether or not you wish to leave a copy of your mail on the server.

We advise that you do not tick this as it will slow down the transfer of mail.

Make sure that under the section Authentication style that Passwords is dotted.

Return Address: Enter your Demon email address. Alternatively, if you have a domain name you should enter that instead.

SMTP Server: Enter post.demon.co.uk

The boxes for Immediate send and Send on check do not need to be ticked (choose your preference).

If you want Eudora Pro to automatically dial-up to Demon for you, select your dialup connection from the dropdown Entry box.

Enter your Demon hostname in the username box and tick Save Password.

Click OK
