Access international dial-up

Use your Demon dial-up account when on business trips abroad or to keep in control of your Web presence and email when on holiday. International access comes as part of Standard Dial Up, Premier Connect Plus, Business ISDN and many other Demon dial up services (but not Dial Companion for Broadband). As long as your colleagues are not using the account at the same time, you can dial in from abroad using the following numbers:

From most countries:

+44 845 212 0666  ( modems )

or

+44 845 212 0667  ( 64kb/s ISDN )

In countries where these numbers do not work:

+44 1883 120 666  ( ISDN and modems including X2 )

+44 1883 121 666  ( ISDN and modems including k56flex )

 

Within the UK the above +44 1 geographic numbers cannot be accessed, instead users should choose from one of our low cost numbers . Unmetered access is not supported when calling in from abroad, and analogue calls will go no faster than 33.6kbit/s. Technical support is not available for X2 and k56flex specific issues.

Not taking a laptop?

Our access accounts are designed for business use, so as you would expect you can keep in touch by email without taking a computer with you by visiting an Internet Café, public Internet terminal or other PC and using Demon Webmail

* Note - Your account supports one concurrent connection at a time, so if colleagues back at the office are using the account to access the Internet, they will be cut off when you dial in. If you are a frequent traveller and your business requires multiple concurrent connections to the Internet, please enquire to sdusales@demon.net
