The Site wizard will start. Select either Single User or Workgroup and click Next.
Select the relevant option; for the purpose of this walkthrough we chose Blank site. Click Next
Give the site a friendly name and click Next.
Now you have to choose a location on the hard disk where all your work will be saved. Click Browse.
Click New Folder. Enter a name for the folder and click Create.
Click Finish to complete the Site Wizard. Once a site is created, GoLive offers a blank index.html; highlight this file and go to File > Open.
Select the index.html and click Open.
