Remote Hands and Eyes

Should equipment intervention become necessary and you are unable to attend on-site, THUS can provide basic engineering support performed by our skilled on-site staff. The service is limited to non-technical assistance and is performed according to your strict instructions.

Tape Rotation and Storage

Once you have performed your remote data backup, THUS engineers will remove the tapes, label them accordingly and store them in a fireproof safe.
