Using counters Demon's commercial web customers have their own hit counter, which you can use to include a graphical representation of the accesses your site has received. The script for the counter will be in your cgi-bin directory. It's called Count.cgi. To reference it you will need to call it like this: <IMG SRC="http://cgi.www.yourdomain.co.uk/cgi-bin/www.yourdomain.co.uk/Count.cgi?df=datafile"> The counter stores its count in the counters directory in cgi-files, in the file you give as the datafile (datafile in the above example). If you are familiar with the homepages counter, then you will find this very similar. Some of the switches available to change the look of your counter can be found at muquit.com/muquit/software/Count/Count2.6/Count2.6/options.html. Please note: This program is unsupported, and is provided purely as a service to our customers.
