Network and IP Information
Network and IP information must be provided, as requested on the order form, to enable an order to be processed. If you require assistance with completion of the order form your sales representative will be glad to help.

ISDN Back-up
THUS Dedicated Internet Access purely provides the connection to the Internet. Should you require an ISDN back-up element to your service you can order our ISDN service separately. (At the present time, the ISDN back-up service is not available as an upgrade to existing Dedicated Internet Access customers).

While we do provide the ISDN backup service, we do not supply the ISDN circuit itself.
