Overview
Working remotely has increased in recent years, with many companies adopting flexible working practices to enable staff to work from home. The Remote Worker Solution is a comprehensive communications package for remote employees. Whether they are working from home, a customer site, or travelling, companies will be able to stay in touch with their employees.
With our Remote Worker solution, workers will have access to office facilities; including access to the Internet via a broadband connection, the ability to send and receive faxes electronically and a dedicated voice conference room to host meetings at any time during the day.
Indirect Voice The standard retail tariffs will be applied to the IDA part of the Remote Worker product. For customers who are already THUS voice customers we will determine the Remote Worker tariff by looking at the combined spend of the workers and company spend.
For customers who currently have no voice services from THUS, the tariff will be determined by the combined spend of the remote workers.
The voice services will be provided over IDA (or CPS when requested) and the remote worker will access the service by dialling a prefix before the desired number.
HomeOffice 2000 The main broadband product is HomeOffice 2000. In cases where the 2Mbps service is unavailable* the customer will receive the next bandwidth, for example, 1Mbps.
*Please note that you may not be able to receive the 2Mbps service due to the distance your telephone line is from the BT exchange. If this is the case, you will receive the next available upgrade possible, for example, an upgrade to 1Mbps.*
Please note the costs referred to in the table above will vary from mobile pricing. Please contact your account manager for details. Anyone calling into a voice conference call from abroad will dial in on an 0870 number. All prices exclude VAT.
