Demon is delighted to have taken the number 1 position in Internet Magazine's survey (December 2000 issue). The "UK's most comprehensive and authoritative ISP group test", the survey grades the full remit of ISP services to give an objective ranking.

Demon achieved consistently high scores across all categories, maintaining last year's position for Performance and Technical Support, and increasing its scores in Value For Money and Installation. Indeed Demon was judged the ISP most capable of suiting just about every level of internet experience and expertise.
